We normally e-mail reports to clients at the end of each day. Alternatively we can send a hard copy by post. If leads are to be sent to your field sales staff, then a weekly statistics summary can be e-mailed to you if required.
We like to build up a rapport with our clients’ sales personnel, working with them as a team.
Clearly, if there are leads which require an urgent response, then we would contact you or a colleague immediately, so that appropriate action can be taken.
